Asinara and Stintino are located on the north-west coast of Sardinia and offer some of the most beautiful bays on the island such as the La Pelosa beach in Stintino where next to its older sister stands the island of Pelosetta from which the iconic Aragonese tower stands out . The Asinara national park is an uncontaminated place. The western part overlooks steep cliffs while the eastern coast opens up to wonderful sandy coves, such as Cala Oliva and Cala Sabina. Nearby it is impossible not to mention Castelsardo, elected one of the most beautiful villages in Sardinia. The Doria Castle is a true architectural spectacle that dominates the Gulf of Asinara.
