Barcando is a charter company with bases in the Tyrrhenian Sea (Sicily, Sardinia, Tuscany, Lazio) and offers an innovative management system for sailing and motor boats and catamarans. This is a true form of investment that allows the Owner to amortize the cost of the boat purchase by delegating its regular management to Barcando Charter, while benefiting from the boat according to their needs throughout the year.
The boat will become part of our fleet and will be available for rent to our clientele during a predefined period of the year. Additionally, Barcando will take care of all costs related to regular maintenance, depending on the chosen program. In return, the owner will have the opportunity to use their boat, significantly reducing the costs associated with purchase and management.
This boat management model is also highly flexible. For example, the owner can request a boat similar to the one purchased, starting from one of the other bases in the Barcando Charter network, and organize a rental in a different destination from where the owned boat is located.This way, it will be possible to explore new locations and experience different adventures. Furthermore, the owner can request a larger boat for a small additional charge.
These management solutions represent an interesting investment, as they allow for a percentage-based return on the value of the boat. This return could also be guaranteed if the boat is not rented, depending on the contractual agreements, the type of boat purchased, and its value. When we talk about returns, we do not mean profit, but rather the total coverage of the boat's annual management costs and partial reduction of the purchase costs (in the case of annual lease payments) or, if the boat is fully paid, an annual return.
